wear your mouth piece so you don't need a gold tooth or 3 unless it is for fun lol ,)
Protect your teeth during a good game of sports but don't end up with high dentist bills afterwards due to no guard and teeth got knock out! There is nothing like your natural teeth and I am not talking about losing them and getting dentures from one sports game, but I am talking about having to get a filling because the front tooth got broken off during a game. I have seen it time and time again as a Dental Assistant and kids come in with having to get a huge composite filling (Natural tooth color) and it is a resin which is just a strong plastic and from now on no more opening ketchup packages with your teeth and biting into a good apple now you must cut it up. Let's get off the foods you have to learn to eat different but now it will stain from coffee, teas, cool aide, and whatever else stains teeth that are natural the composite fillings can hold stains more. I know I have composites on my front teeth and The dentist I worked for did not correct the shade the previous dentist did so I live with my front teeth having few shades and if I decided to fix it because of looks then I destroy more natural tooth structure because you have to make more retention grooves into the tooth and if to much treatment done on one tooth the closer to the nerve you are, so I am good on that. I want to share my knowledge so you don't end up with treatment and a bill from something you could have protected.
